The combination of the two makes for a great meal for any food lover that wants to eat homemade delicious guilt free vegan plant based dinner or lunch
It’s not just great for people who want to keep a check on their diabetes and sugar levels but also for those who have gluten sensitivity and are on the hunt for gluten-free recipes.
This is also a tasty answer to all those foodies with the dilemma of not knowing to cook without the unhealthy fats.
Since I am now part of the culinary development committee @diabetesindia.official for #diabetesawareness I thought this would be a great start.
P.S. I have used jaggery in my recipe which can easily be substituted by stevia to balance the flavors.
I have also added Brussels sprouts to my recipe to make up for the vegetables I couldn’t find for the traditional recipe. {Improvising comes natural to a chef}
