Punarnavi Bhupalam Instagram – This month I am practising the art of ‘non-attachment’. Non-attachment for me is about sitting comfortably in uncertainty, not holding on to relationships/ people tightly and forcing them to be in my life, not being offended by everything by taking it personally, and not succumb to someone else’s bad mood, with that being said, I will never downplay their feelings yet I will empathise with them by invoking positive emotional contagion without carrying those heavy emotions on my back.. you know what I’m saying? This transpired to me after years of going back and forth, attaching my believes to things, treating myself poorly and finally, going to therapy helped me to be aware of my spiralling patterns. I think, after a certain age of learning about yourself, one can understand their patterns of 🌀 if one starts their inner work… Something to think about innit?? And also bringing in some colour to my feed with these pictures for this Holi, Happy Holi everyone. It’s 4 °C out here 🥶💋 Enjoy Xx #Holihai2023
