Rachana Narayanankutty Instagram – Dear Rasikas Myself and my students are performing tomorrow at Ettumanur Mahadeva Kshethram in connection with the Ezharaponnana Ezhunnellath Mahotsavam. It’s always an immense pleasure to perform Kadhanakuthoohalam Thillana, which is a soulful composition by Dr. Mangalampally Balamuralikrishna Garu and choreographed by my respected Guru DrVasanth Kiran Garu. We; myself and my dearest friends, Ashwini Aswini Nambiarand Sonu Satheesh Kumar used to perform this Thilana for most of the programs at those times and I’m so glad that my students have learnt this and they are performing the same. My sincere pranamam to Guru Dr Vasanth Kiran sir for all the beautiful lessons he has taught me. “Sir, you have always been a great mentor and inspiration!” We Are really delighted to perform this particular composition and Choreography at the abode of Lord Shiva. I humbly welcome you all to watch our Kuchipudi concert , where we would be performing Poorvarangam, Shiva Thathwam, Nottuswaram, Durga Tharangam and this Thillana as well.
