Rachel Hurd-Wood Instagram – The wonderful @emjaybassett recently sent me these throwback pics of shooting ‘Solomon Kane’ (2007). I played Meredith, a puritan girl who needed rescued from scary demons by the titular character. We filmed in the beautiful Czech Republic countryside and froze our 🍑‘s off, but had a lot of laughs along the way. I also learned a few Czech words and phrases, one of which is the tongue-twister ‘Strč prst skrz krk’. I always thought it was something to do with firefighters but I just googled it and apparently it means stick a finger through the neck!?
