Rachel Melvin Instagram – I’m back, alive, and really really well 🥰 I just stopped posting in real time to enjoy being present in the beauty that is Thailand 🌴 (to all of those who expressed concern ❤️). So now, time for me to bombard your feed with the story of our glorious honeymoon as told through photo and vid. 📸🎥 Mostly because jet lag has my days starting at 5a, 🌅 which is apparently how early you need to wake to have the luxury of being both present and engaging 🤪
Photo 1 – Sunset on #Patongbeach in #Phuket After two days of travel, we have arrived.
Photo 2 – Passports in hand, we are ready for 3 flights, 3 painstakingly long layovers, and a total of 37 hours of travel 😱 You really have to earn these destinations my friends… or earn a lot more money than we do!
Photo 3 & 4 – We arrive at #LAX for our first flight to #Japan. I call my mom because I have separation anxiety from our dogs and because I have anxiety about long flights over large bodies of water – which in this case makes up the entire duration of our flight. So, I say my goodbyes just in case #anxiety #ocd #toomuchdateline #dontwatchalone
