Home Actress Rukmini Vijayakumar HD Photos and Wallpapers March 2023 Rukmini Vijayakumar Instagram - Everyone has been asking me for my skin routine… so here goes with a few things that I do. It’s not easy to travel so much, stay healthy and continue to perform and dance at optimal capacity. My focus is on this primarily… skin health is a side benefit. So here are a list of things that probably contribute to skin health in my case. - I wash my face frequently. Clean properly before I sleep and maybe once or twice in the day because I end up sweating. - I always hydrate. I use face cream. What’s worked for me so far… I’ve tried Lancôme, love their rose range, but also like L’Oréal, Chanel is great but too expensive, Estée Lauder has some great face creams. I’m sure there are other brands that I haven’t tried yet… but I like to keep it simple and just make sure I’m hydrated. Both in the day and before I sleep. - I use virgin coconut oil to take make up off. It’s the best for me so far - I exercise everyday. Run, dance, yoga, strength train - I don’t drink too much water… this is odd. Because everyone says you needs lots of water for good skin. I just drink a lot when I feel like I need it. But I’m someone who can go most of the day with almost no water. Which is Wierd. 🙄 - I use my moms homemade ayurvedic scrub for my face and body a few times a week. It’s luxurious for me. Other days I use a simple face wash. I love the aveda face wash. But I also use the forest essentials and garnier, ponds etc - basic ones. - I try to sleep as much as I can. If I have an early flight like today, I get to where I need to go and then sleep as much as I can. I carry an eye mask so that I can block sunlight. I definitely don’t get as much sleep as I should all the time but I’m trying to change that. Less sleep makes my skin feel sallow and tired. - I eat healthy for the most part. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Raw veggies everyday - atleast one meal. I don’t eat food that’s too spicy or oily. Complex carbs, brown rice, grains are preferred. I never eat white rice. I eat happily now. This wasn’t always the case. Lastly - this video - I had a good make up artist @makeupby_prarthana 😁 Hope this helps! Rukmini Vijayakumar Instagram – Last night in Chandigarh was magical in a way that I cannot explain. I have performed ISHWARA before several times, but some days everything comes together in a beautiful way.

It was as though all the artists were having an intimate spontaneous conversation … one that we can never repeat in exactness or even remember properly once it is done.

I’m very critical of my own shows…. I know when I could have done better. But last night was the best show of ISHWARA so far…. And I hope I’m able to have these beautiful conversations with my fellow artists more frequently…
@nandakumar_unnikrishnan @d.v.prasanna @shyam_rhythmgam @bamboo_melody_rakesh

I also have @somyarout2806 my coach to thank. For being there for me… I haven’t had a Bharatanatyam teacher for almost 18 years. And I really value my time with him. My body is my instrument – and without it’s versatility, I won’t be able to have any conversation on stage at all 😊

Photos are not from last night..they are photos of me dancing the first jathi of the same Varnam after the shoot for @neermukile was over… and @nithin_nandakumar captured it beautifully.

Rukmini Vijayakumar Instagram – Trying to get some dancing happening after “pack up” while shooting for @neermukile 🤣

We were all shattered… but once the work is done, there’s suddenly a spurt of energy! 💃🏻

First unsuccessful try was with @vivianambrose and then there were my lovely ladies @sruthisailesh and @makeupby_prarthana who were just as enthusiastic… ♥️

No – this is not Bharatanatyam.
