Sarah Shahi Instagram – This is a subject I dedicated a portion of my life to studying. I’m here to share my experience as solely that. I was blessed to have had 3 children at home under the guidance of Davi Khalsa @yvonnethedoula @doctorberlin @birthinginstincts. One was “ smooth” sailing ( 9/10 on APGAR), another had the cord around the neck, and the other was breech. Came out showin the world where it could kiss. 2 water births. 1 on land. The education my doctors and midwife/doula gave me was priceless, and opened my eyes to a lot of things that I was questioning. Im a lucky duck to have such incredible teachers, and this is my way of opening up my experience to anyone that’s interested. I don’t talk about this stuff often, because birthing is such a personal choice and there’s no “ wrong,” way. All that matters is you, and your baby.
