Arianna (@ariannahuff) created the space and the time to help us elevate our skills (hi @travelinganna). She never walked into the HQ holding a toilet after an acquisition, let alone before mass layoffs. Patrick, my boss in Quebec, was flexible and kind. So was the team in Toronto. The world changes.
