Brian Quinn Instagram – Ryan as Ash. Thanks to the great @shemp_malone for promising to direct me through that punishment like Raimi directed him while making Evil Dead. That is to say, without mercy. It was hard but honestly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I’ll take it. This came out so well because of the always excellent Impractical Jokers crew. They stepped it up and had fun with this one, putting in so much time to get the details right. We can never do anything without them and I owe my entire career to them and I love them. #impracticaljokers
Brian Quinn Instagram – This week, it’s time for Evil Dead to meet Impractical Jokers! On the new episode we have the great Bruce Campbell on as our guest. I have been obsessed with this man since I was 12. To say he’s a hero would be a massive understatement. I wanted to be him. Kinda still do. The Evil Dead series is one of my most beloved and life long obsessions. We recreated the cabin in the woods on Staten Island, and I even pulled out the Crown Vic to stand in for Sam Raimi’s Oldsmobile. Despite all this, it’s still a wicked punishment. Can’t wait for you primitive screwheads to see this. The timing of a new Evil Dead movie coming out this month is actually a total coincidence, but I’ll take it. @shemp_malone @evildead @tedraimi @trutv @tbsnetwork
