Dolph Lundgren Instagram – Part of my ankle rehab. Yesterday’s leg press. I add a band around my knees for extra glute activation. Slow and controlled movement. After an injury the lower extremities it’s important to improve strength and function of the entire lower body.

Dolph Lundgren Instagram – I like to add a drop set at 50-60% of my work load as the final set of each exercise. Gives quicker results. 👊
