The Courage to Grow

Who are we when we find the courage to honour what is inwardly true and authentically share ourselves with others? Who can we become as we face our fears of rejection and re-write the narratives of our social conditioning?
Join us for 5 beautiful days on the traditional territory of the Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla, Hul’qumi’num Treaty Group and Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish) peoples, also known as Bowen Island, BC, where we will get to know ourselves more intimately. While there, we will have time to connect with the land, the trees, the birds and the healing forces of nature.
Our vision of this retreat is to create an inclusive, expansive and supportive space where all races, sexualities, ages and backgrounds are welcome. This retreat is specifically for women and non-binary folx who are comfortable in a female/gender-neutral space.
Through breath, sharing circles, movement, meditation and reflection, we will feel unconditionally, embrace the parts of ourselves that have been abandoned and reclaim our wholeness through self-love, self-compassion and self-acceptance.
It takes courage to see our shadows, to face our inner critics and make friends with our triggers.
It takes strength to move authentically through the world, especially when your truth may not always be respected. It takes bravery to choose the path towards true self-acceptance.
