Guvna B Instagram – It was probably cos Danny Dyer couldn’t make it 😂 but I’m honoured to be the face and voice of Custom House, as part of the new Elizabeth Line audio guides. Growing up here life could have gone another way. There’s obviously unlimited distractions and negative influences which is a result of poverty and I know my face could have been plastered up in the ends for a completely different reason, but I’m thankful to the village for looking after me.
From my boys, my parents, lil bro, neighbours, youth club, bossman at the corner shop all the way down to the bus driver that would still let me on when I didn’t have p’s. Everyone played their part.
Catch me on ITV news today talking about it, and I hope this shows that your environment can provide some very real challenges, but it is possible to overcome them. 🏚️
