Kenny Sebastian Instagram – After touring for shows for over a decade…Life on the road is a legit part of my life. From jumping to different airports, hearing life stories of airport cabbies, discovering new places to grab a bite, it’s a dense experience.
Travelling for shows also keeps me away from home. I was really glad that I was finishing the 2022 leg of shows in Pune for the weekend so I could ask Tracy to join me. Executing a show involves making sure the venue has the best sound, light and audience set up. During this process, we kinda forget about taking care of ourselves.
With Trace accompanying me we indulged ourselves in a mini vacation at @conradpune. We had yummy food at the amazing restaurant Koji, a nice relaxing spa and a good night’s rest to make sure I was at my 100% when I am performing for my audience. I want to be in the best state of mind so my audience mirrors that. When you need to get away to get recharged and stay inspired, it matters where you stay.
