Khalil Rountree Jr. Instagram – I dont want you to be motivated, I want you realize that you are capable of achieving the things that seem far out reach, but you can’t scale a mountain in a minivan. You must have a working body. That’s why fitness is important. Sure, looking good is nice but feeling good is the best. You have the time, you just haven’t been willing to dedicate it and I don’t know why. Are you not as important as work or your children? How can you support another if you’re withering away. Some people are afraid of being the new guy/girl at the gym or in any active setting and I understand, but what I’ve also learned is that the more you show up, the faster that feeling goes away and you become one of the regulars.
