Öncelikle hepimizi derinden etkileyen bu organizasyonda emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ederim. Bilardo camiası olarak ülkede böylesine büyük bir duayeni ağırlamış olmaktan gurur duyduk. Özellikle benim için de çok anlamlı bir haftaydı. 1988 yılında R.Ceulemans, eşi Angel ve Dünya Artistik Şampiyonu Raymond Steylaerts ve eşi Türkiye’ye ilk geldiklerinde rahmetli Bora usta ve Avni ustayla birlikte karşılamıştık onları Atatürk Hava Limanında. 35 yıl sonra aynı heyecanla bekledik Havalimanında. Sayesinde müthiş bir hafta geçirip, en iyi şekilde ağırlamaya çalıştık koca Ustayı. Bu organizasyonun gerçekleştirilmesine katkı sunan tüm destekçilerimize ,turnuvaya katılan tüm oyuncu arkadaşlarıma, bizi yalnız bırakmayan tüm medya mensuplarına,izleyen ve bu güzelliği bizimle paylaşan herkese tekrar teşekkür ederim.
A Raymond Ceulemans passed through Turkey…
First of all, I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this organization that deeply affected us all. As the billiards community, we were proud to have hosted such a great Champion in the country. It was a very meaningful week especially for me. When R. Ceulemans, his wife Angel and World Artistic Champion Raymond Steylaerts and his wife first came to Turkey in 1988, we met them at Atatürk Airport together with the late master Bora and Avni. After 35 years, we waited with the same excitement at the airport. We had a great week and tried to host him in the best possible way. I would like to thank all our supporters who contributed to the realization of this organization, all my player friends who participated in the tournament, to the Media, everyone who watched and shared this beauty with us.
