The second rule of Ice Club is: You ALWAYS talk about Ice Club!
Third rule of Ice Club: If someone yells “stop!”, goes limp, or passes out, the plunge is OVER.
Fourth rule: Only two people to an ice hole.
Fifth rule: One long slow breath at a time, fellas.
Sixth rule: Plunges are bare skin. No shirts, no socks, no gloves.
Seventh rule: Plunges will go on as long as they have to.
And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first time at Ice Club, you have to plunge.
