And suddenly one day I woke up with no vision. — Bhayanakam.

Aditi Balan Instagram – Navarasa Sadhana was LIBERATING. One month of this extremely intense workshop by none other than Venu G ji , I can’t even put in words my experience there. As an artiste I am constantly in self doubt but these 30 days have really had so much of an impact on me. It’s opened up so many things inside of me , which I never imagined were there in the first place. So much of learning , unlearning , exchange of different energies , so many stories from different parts of the world , some amazing people who pointed out characteristics about myself which I wouldn’t have ever realised otherwise. I am extremely grateful to @natanakairali , @kapilavenu and everyone who’s been a part of it for providing us with such a safe space to explore all our emotions to the fullest. Thank you universe for taking me to the right place at the right time.
