Anna Passey Instagram – Feeling very grateful to have experienced a really magical day taking @alex_vliege @iceman_hof workshop. We practiced yoga, breathwork, cold exposure all with the most incredible backdrop of @thelemonlodge.pt Even the dogs joined us for some deep breathing and a cold dip. Wonderful people, teaching and energy, if you ever have the opportunity to, DO IT. I got so much from this day, and look forward to taking it forward into my home life. During this day I thought of a time midway through lockdown where I couldn’t imagine having access to something like this again, and felt truly grateful. An important reminder to always say yes when opportunity presents itself. It’s so important for the spirit. Not an ad, just a huge glowing recommendation 🤍
