Bethany Hamilton Instagram – One arm life… My life is adapting each day. Adaptation every day with everything that I face. I’m glad that I was and am brave enough to try; and try again. Easily surfing with one arm is the hardest thing I’ve learned to do so far. Some days are hard and some days my arm is tired. I do so much on the one side so I def need cross training on the other side as I’ve shared here often! But I wake up each day grateful for another day. 🙏🏽 And we all CAN do the same. Be willing to try and adapt (figure out another way) with whatever challenges you may face each day mentally or physically. #motivationalmindset #overcome #mindset
