It’s an experiential movement practice she teaches and it helps you get out of your head and into the body. It’s like a meditation dance for me💙
She is trained in #somaticpractices and has extensive experience in #meditation and #movement. I have done the practice several times and I always end up walking out lighter and more joyful, I release stress and tightness. It’s pretty incredible💗
This practice can help people who are feeling disconnected from their bodies, or who want to become more confident, less anxious, etc!
