Emelie Forsberg Instagram – Longevity in sport, what does it take to keep pushing the limits year by year?

I’ve learnt a few things;
( that I will pinpoint deeper in other posts) 

🎈Find what motivates you. Keep that precious.

🎈Eat enough. 

🎈Train hard and recover as hard.

🎈 Cross training is golden.

🎈 Don’t let injuries or pregnancies stop you if you want to come back to high level. You will get there.

🎈Community- a team, friends or a training group to share it all with.

🎈 Curiosity to learn and evolve.
