Helga Krapf Instagram – If you’ve been following me for some time here then you probably have seen me post about my health struggles a few times. Unfortunately, I have not been feeling my best since July of last year and have been back and forth to my doctors here and have even done PT sessions last month for abdominal pain since blood results came back normal. 🥺😩 I have skin, gut, weight, and hormonal issues and its so tiring to not know where to start, what to do, or not see any results no matter how disciplined I try to be. Anyway, I have been investing a lot into my health and promised myself to try and do even more this year. I figured the change in my nutrition since I moved to Germany could be the culprit since european and asian cuisine differ so much from each other… add the constant change in weather, water, and stress and you have the perfect recipe to fall off your health routine no matter how hard you try. The @mylykon DNA test that I did last month told me more about my metabolic type, my food intolerance, and even what kind of workouts I can benefit from the most.
