Indy Srinath Instagram – 🧺 some of you DM’d me for the recipe for these, but like any home cooked meal around these parts, there is no recipe! Yikes. All I can tell you is that the mushroom gravy that I topped these with is made of nutritional yeast, liquid aminos, mushrooms, garlic, onion, flour, and sage.
The biscuits are a mysterious work in progress. Mostly flour and cold butter.
One day I’ll write things down, but even then it’ll probably be on a crumpled, torn off piece of some other important document that will eventually make its way through the spin and rinse cycle, swirling forever in the pocket of a flour streaked denim jacket.
