Juhi Parmar Instagram – The season of kites and of delicious til ki mithai is here. For us at home, every year my Papa makes Til Ki Barfi and so this time rather than me doing the cooking, I’m going to show you how its done at the Parmar household as its papa who takes over the kitchen!
Recipe-
2 cup safed til
Dry roast it and then just coarse grind it.
Roast 1.5 cup khoya
Mix til and khoya
Make sugar syrup by adding 1.5 water to 1.5 cup sugar.
When it looks sticky its ready.
Add that too to the til mixture
Spread ghee in any plate and spread the mixture.
Garnish with grated coconut.
Cut it in any shape of your choice.
Enjoy it!
