Julianna Margulies Instagram – These pics are from when I visited my interns #themuseumofjewishheritage in NYC.
After hosting the Holocaust Remembrance Day for #CBS in 2021, I was shocked to learn that only 19 out of 50 states teach about this horrific time in our history, something we must Never Forget.
With antisemitism on the rise I decided to try and do something to educate our next generation on the Holocaust. With the help of the Museum of Jewish Heritage we formed an educational program called HESP (Holocaust Educator School Partnership) Our goal is to counter the contemporary rise in antisemitism through education.
After two semesters where our interns teach middle and high school students about the Holocaust we have seen a tremendous impact!
