Louise Brealey Instagram – This morning is the Cast and Crew screening of our film Chuck Chuck Baby, – our musical love story set partly in a chicken factory and wholly in Flintshire. It’s at one of my favourite London cinemas. I woke up at 2.30 and can’t sleep. These screenings are always the best, where we all celebrate each others’ hard work. But it’s scary to see it for the first time. It’s also going to be a difficult watch because there’s some sad bits and we made it just before mama got poorly. Well, she was already getting ready to go but I didn’t know yet. We used to speak most days but didn’t during filming. And it is playing on my mind the way these things do. Chuck Chuck is a celebration of working-class women’s love and friendship and – if I haven’t buggered it up – the director, my friend @janismpugh, is going to be a megastar. #blueblueelectricblue #chuckchuckbaby
