This picture was taken exactly a year ago. With high hopes and a strange air of foreshadowing sadness -usually so not me at this time of year- I looked 2022 right into the face.
2022- what a ride.
It wasn’t the ticket I paid for but it was the journey I needed.
And when I think of 2023 it’s not with high hopes or expectations but with a light heart and the confidence of knowing: life is the greatest gift. And I can handle it.
