Having my beautiful family with me on that day.. receiving all the love and support from my friends and colleagues.. I really feel honoured to be part of this industry.. I am really Thankful.

مفيش أم تقبل على بنتها حاجة تضرها، بس فيه أمهات لحد دلوقتي مش مدركين قد إيه جريمة بشعة زي ختان البنات بتيجي على كرامة وصحة وحياة بناتهم.
ختان البنات مش عفة ولا أي حاجة من الكلام ده، وللأسف فيه أهالي كتير فاكرين إنهم لو عملوا “ختان طبي” لبناتهم يبقى كدة عملوا اللي عليهم.
انتى اكتر واحدة عارفة مصلحة بنتك، وأكتر واحدة تقدري تحميها من جريمة مايقبلهاش عقل ولا طب ولا دين ولا قانون.
النهاردة اليوم العالمي للقضاء على ختان البنات، وأنا كسفيرة نوايا حسنة ليونيسف حابة أوعي الناس بالقضية دي، خصوصًا إن ناس كتير لسه متعرفش إن فيه جهة حكومية اسمها اللجنة الوطنية للقضاء على ختان الإناث بقيادة المجلس القومى للمرأة والمجلس القومى للطفولة للتوعية بأضرار ختان البنات.
لو عاوزة تستفسري اكتر أو محتاجة مساعدة علشان تحمي نفسك أو بنتك أو أي بنت تانية من الختان، كلمى خط نجدة الطفل ١٦٠٠٠ او خط المرأة ١٥١١٥. وربنا يحمي كل البنات.

اللي على الصورة ده مش فلتر، دي صورة طبيعية بس من عين شخص عنده مياه زرقة أو (جلوكوما ) و دى من أشهر أنواع ضعف البصر وبتيجي من تكون سوائل على العين بشكل بطيء ومش ملحوظ و بتعلي ضغط العين وممكن تؤدى إلى فقدان كامل للبصر.
أحسن طريقة للوقاية هى المتابعة وقياس ضغط العين بانتظام.
يقدر الشخص ضعيف البصر بسبب الجلوكوما يعيش حياة طبيعية لو اتدرب و اتعلم ازاي يستخدم المتبقى من بصره.
تابعوا مؤسسة بصيرة خلال شهر فبراير علشان تتعرفوا على أنواع ضعف البصر والخدمات اللي بتقدمها فى التأهيل والتدريب
لما بنشوف الدنيا بعيون غيرنا بنقدر نتخيل حياتهم ونفهم احتياجتهم.

فقدنا اليوم واحد من أهم كتّاب السينما المصرية، صاحب تأثير عظيم على أجيال كتير فاتت وأجيال كتير جاية بتتعلم منه على الصعيد الفني والثقافي والسياسي والإنساني.. كان له تأثير كبير عليّ في مسيرتي الفنية، وقف جنبي وعلمني كتير، علمني أصول ونبل المهنة، علمني الفن وعلمني أشوف الدنيا بطريقة تانية.. وقف جنبي في بداياتي واداني فرص كانت أكبر من حجمي وقتها، وحقيقي جمايله عليا كتير ومقدرش أنساها.. كنت محظوظة إني اشتغلت معاه.. ويا حظ أي حد عرفه عموما أو حتى قعد معاه ولو حتى لمدة ساعة، إحنا اتربينا على أفلام أستاذ وحيد حامد، ومعظم ثقافتنا وإدراكنا وفهمنا لحاجات كتير أوي جت من أفلامه… لكن الرحلة انتهت وفقدنا أب وكاتب ومفكر كبير لن يعوض أبدا.. وزي ما كنت أنت حابب أيامك يا أستاذ وحيد إحنا حبينا أيامك أكتر منك.. رحمة الله عليك
