Nandita Swetha Instagram – This week story- I twisted my foot while dojng stepper excercise & literally fell down. It was swollen & couldn’t walk. Was cursing my bad.Next day I had all the reasons to stop doing my works n excercise n take rest. But I din want to waste my time. So I wokeup and decided to do some small works & hit the gym and do upper body workout. Guys it’s all in the head. If you want to achieve your goal you have to work hard.
