Neha Dhupia Instagram – Absolutely loved the new ‘See the Signs #ShareTheLoad film by @ariel.india My husband and I share a combined responsibility – whether it is the kids or just keeping the house running. I can truly say that doing things together has only bought us closer. But there are so many households where the responsibilities are primarily on the woman. In fact, 78% women feel like withdrawing from the relationship because of the load on her. It is so important to have Equality in a relationship. This is also a message that @ariel.india has been driving for last 7 years and I am glad to be associated with them to spread the message. This year, with this wonderful film, @ArielIndia is highlighting the long-term impact of unequal distribution of chores on relationships and urging to #ShareTheLoad to grow together. It is reminder for everyone to recognize signs of inequality in their relationship so that over the years they grow together and not apart.
