These pics were taken two years apart and the massive physical transformation Denny has undergone in the time in between is something that honestly has blown me away . He lost 60 kgs in around 16 months by committing to his workouts , portion control and all in all doing anything and everything to get him to where he is now. I’m a little over 60 kilos which means he lost an entire me in 16 months while I can’t even manage to lose the 5 kgs I’ve been wanting to get rid off. I guess it all boils down to commitment and focus so I believe this boy definitely deserves some credit and a lot of love for achieving his goals and sticking to it .Might I add he did it 100% naturally !!!
