Sheila Kelley Instagram – Before I found my way. I didn’t know there was a way. I didn’t know i needed a way. I thought, “Well, this is life. And it’s a pretty good life! I got a partner. I got a kid. A career. I’m good!”

I didn’t know any different. I didn’t know what true freedom of my wild feminine spirit was until my body taught me. It was an accident, a magical accident.

While preparing for a film role in the movie #dancingattheblueiguana, playing a professional stripper, I found what has now evolved into a global sensual fitness practice.

This is a practice of movement #SFactor that encourages a woman to move not in linear and aggressive straight lines but in round, sensual curvaceous arcs much like the natural shape of the female body at rest.

It made so much sense!

Now, it’s 20 years later and I have taught this feminine body revelation all over the world. Next month, I have the honor of teaching @s.factor.official for @mindvalley in Cartagena Columbia. The feminine continues to rise. And the adventure continues!
