My two bits about Motivation.
I’m a huge proponent of good health. I believe we owe it to ourselves to take care of our health.
If the by- product of that is looking a certain way then let’s welcome that too.
While our bodies change with age, keeping ourselves fit should not be compromised, in my opinion.
We’re not meant to look A certain way, we’re meant to look and feel a way that suits our bodies, our lifestyles, our genetics.
While it is different for everyone to get results, we all need to keep doing the work.
What that is, is up to you!
For someone a size is a motivator, for some it’s a particular weight and for some it’s a feeling. Whatever your impetus, just keep showing up for yourself and your health.
Somethings we can’t control but let’s atleast try and influence what we can control.
It’s hard to stay disciplined and one does lose focus occasionally but nothing stops you from starting again.
