Was feeling like a quick soup. So I threw what I had into a pot. Don’t know why I made such a small amount though. When making soup make enough for leftovers!! I always think it’s even better the next day anyway!!
Onions, carrots, celery, potato, lentils, chick peas, kale, lemon, parsley, sage, thyme, vegan bullion, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes(optional)
