This morning while I was meditating I caught myself drifting to my list of things to do. It’s so easy to get caught up in the busyness of our lives. Not so easy to just BE…..we just have to choose to put ourselves at the top of that list. To give ourselves a few minutes of quiet, a few minutes to reflect, a few minutes to simply breathe and BE. 🙏🏼💕
