Zoe Sugg Instagram – I have to say, doing these weekly recaps really highlights how fast time passes (Sunday feels like it comes around so quickly!) It also encourages me to find slithers of joy in every day, even the days where I feel like I haven’t done or achieved much, it’s the small things that you feel really grateful for ♥️ I would really encourage doing it, whether you post online or just keep the photos or moments for yourself, just write down 10 things/moments/people that made you smile.
