家常備湯-剝皮辣椒雞湯
去骨雞腿排帶皮的那一面小火煎到金黃色，
用逼出來的雞油爆香一下蒜頭，
雞肉剪一剪後丟進鍋裡一起炒一下，
米酒頭跟白胡椒是我獨門口味，
然後把剩下來的汁跟熱水加進去等滾，
就。好。了。
