Ian Verdun Instagram – Ya’ll know I’m not one to post thirst pics. In fact, I was always that kid who kept his shirt on at the pool for fear of ridicule. It was a whole thing. Taking off my shirt in public has given me anxiety for almost as long as I can remember (you can only imagine the mind fuck it is to do it on camera 😬) But since the craziness of the last year, I made a decision to focus on me and that which makes me happy, and focusing on my health (both mental and physical) has been a major part of that. I’m still just scratching the surface of my fitness journey, but I’m proud of the progress. No matter what shape your body is in, love it. Every curve, every scar, every inch. Take pride in every pound, just love whatever is staring back at you in that mirror.
