Party’s, drugs, booze, sex, work, people’s approval, status, validation, academics, success, fame, money. I’ve used it all. And it’s all garbage. It seems great cuz it’s what we were taught to want. School and society has made us this way. But everyone at a certain point will find that it’s a God-size hole we try to fill with these meaningless things that provide worldly value and momentary pleasure that ultimately never satisfies. “But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.”
