Will Yun Lee Instagram – @plunge is a GAMECHANGER 🥶🥶🥶 Rarely do I post any kind of products but The Cold Plunge is insanely life changing. When getting ready for a project, I usually put in 3 a days with martial arts, weights and cardio. It breaks down my body and by the end of the project I am pretty broken. Cold therapy has allowed me to RECOVER insanely fast, reduced my pain, inflammation so I can get back to it faster. The CLARITY and ENERGY I get post plunge is massive. The first minute in it sucks but minutes 2 and 3 breeze thru.
