It was a deeply transformative experience and much more emotional than I anticipated. The innocent foundation to the art form allows for a sense of joy to enter the room, and with it, cynicism disappears. When that happens you realize what a cloud of it we live under. I am deeply grateful to Angela De Castro for teaching us that gentle curiosity is the doorway into the present moment; and existing in that state is an art form in itself. @whynotinstitute
