As an athlete, I know first-hand the importance of mental health and wellness. That’s why I want to inspire the next generation to have a different perspective on mental health issues and learn that it’s okay to seek guidance or professional help in this area. Remember, at the end of the day, it’s just a game, and we should all strive to be our best selves on and off the court.
