Celina Jaitly Instagram – Not perfect but working very hard and never giving up. I still have multiple hernia’s, severe Diastasis recti of the abdominal wall after carrying two sets of twins. It hasn’t been easy as as many people suggest, I almost had a lung collapse in my second twin pregnancy, battled severe depression due to loss of both my parents and baby @arthurjhaag s twin Shamsher … Every day felt like I had start all over again, I sometimes couldn’t recognise the person I saw in the mirror… Having said that.. I always turned to my army upbringing in my darkest times. Strength does not come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you believe you cannot do. I am posting this for everyone out there who feel like giving up. From my personal experience all I can say is you have to keep going, sometimes it’s going to be great and sometimes you will feel like nothing is right but don’t stop trying just because you’ve hit the wall. Progress is progress no matter how small and believe me you WILL see results…In life and in your fitness journey!
