Deepika Venkatachalam Instagram – Day 2: Nalangu 🤍 I can’t help but relive the magical moments of my Nalangu, feeling like a royal bride all over again. As I stepped into the nalangu venue, my entire family was present, adorned with heartfelt smiles, welcoming me like a princess. Their positive aura filled the place with uplifting vibes. Giggles and laughter began to flow as I sat there, embraced by my loving family. Whether it be my mom shedding happy tears at the sight of me all dolled up, my akka beaming with sheer happiness, or every member of my family being extra careful with the sandhanam to simply not smudge my makeup, ( how cute and thoughtful 🥹 )my heart will forever hold onto these moments. Deepika Venkatachalam Instagram – We’ve kickstarted Day1 🥺❤️🫶🏼 Still feels surreal! Our Mehendi ceremony unfolded, surrounded by vibrant smiles of friends and family, followed by RVP’s fashionably late arrival. 🙈 But with his charming and infectious smile, he managed to compromise the delay, by being a chamathu pulla and helping me with my unmanageable mehendi outfit 🙈 A beautiful outfit though! The event went by filled with laughters and smiles with friends and family filling their hands with henna, and grooving to our fav music by @sujana.anand__ and team who created a joyous aura in the air with their music. But it was when the lyrics of our close to heart tune, “Nitham Nitham nee odanja otta veika naa irupaen,” resonated in the air that tears of sheer happiness rolled down my cheeks, etching that moment deeply in my heart. But amidst all the fun and laughter we had, do you know which moment holds the dearest place in my heart? It is when my Fiance fearlessly stepped in to break the stereotypes and decided to have his hand stained with henna. At the very right moment, I once again knew, I’m going to be with someone who cherishes and respects our beliefs beyond conventional boundaries. 🥹🫶 . 📸 @sakshi.ramakrishnan .
