Doutzen Kroes Instagram – I find myself in more conversations about consciousness, spirituality and life itself lately in the most unexpected situations. It makes me wonder if it is true that we are moving into higher states of consciousness and that many of us are starting to ask questions about life and the ‘Myth of normal’ as @gabormatemd writes about in his book so beautifully. It is what many indigenous cultures have spoken about. The end of times and a new beginning. Change usually goes hand in hand with chaos and isn’t that what we’re seeing in the world. Is this what we’re finding ourselves in? The new is already here but the old is just making a lot of noise? As we’re all navigating these times I think we’re being invited to look within. When we truly learn to find love and compassion towards ourselves, our deepest fears, anger and all triggers our ego is trying to hide. It will become easier to love one another. I’m not saying the ego is bad but what has helped me is to give my ego a new task: to learn as much as possible about myself and be thankful to my mirrors (people or situations that trigger me) it has helped me to become more loving towards myself and the wolds and all living things. Maybe I’m too idealistic but what if we all dream of this world we could move a little quicker and there might be less chaos? Just my brain fart, just another one next to all of our opinions. Just take it or leave it;) or maybe look within why my message is triggering you 😜 I know the world out there will become louder and louder but I will keep freeing myself from all programs and trust the process. I will try not to be part of the loudness and will find the eye of the storm the calmness within. Divide is not an option. We’re all connected and all ONE! Doutzen Kroes Instagram – What if we all looked at our triggers while we view society. Do you feel anger, sadness, fear? We all react towards the world from our own perspectives. Usually our coping mechanisms. I believe the trick is to sit with that feeling. Really feel. It could be very old childhood trauma’s. Then it doesn’t matter anymore when we disagree because we are busy with our own lessons. It will create affinity for each others process. We feel them and surrender knowing no feeling lasts forever. We could embrace the darkness within us and realized we are ONE and feel compassion for each others pain and lessons. It would be so powerful if we would all put in the hard work to face our own shit, after all the external is a reflection of the internal. However you see the world is what lives inside you!
