A Czech citizen has been missing since Monday 8 May. The surf school on the island of Fuerteventura alerted the emergency services at 6pm on Monday. He was wearing a yellow vest, red shirt, white helmet, black overalls and a trapeze. A search operation was launched at sea, in the air and on land, but unfortunately it has not yet been possible to find him. As the winds were very strong on Monday, it is possible that he could be found on one of the other Canary Islands or even in Morocco or Mauritania or elsewhere. We’d like to ask you to share this so people in these areas get the information. If anyone has seen him, please contact the Czech Embassy, which is in contact with the family, or email [email protected]. In addition, friends are offering a reward of €20.000.
