I was so tired and heartbroken from the past few years.. I am intensely sensitive and so all of what has happened in the world and personally has been damaging on every level for me. I know a lot of you feel me on that. I’ve seen how hard it’s been on so many of you and how many of you don’t talk about it but I can see the familiar heart break in you.
I knew it was going to be really hard to recover from what I went through personally so I pulled back, became a bit of a recluse and really paid attention to healing. Now I can say I am finally feeling the positive effects of going through that process. I feel grounded and genuinely happier than I have ever been with a much deeper desire in my heart to push on. I have a peace I have never experienced before. ✝️
I share this because I feel a lot of people can relate and I want to remind you all out there that sometimes you just need to allow yourself to heal before moving to that next step and getting back to fulfilling your dreams.. don’t lose hope, maybe you just needed to rest, heal and let that desire grow and become more grounded.🤍
Thank you all for the support you’ve shown me not only over the past few days but over the past few years and some of you even longer from my early MMA days.
You’ll never know how much that support matters and makes a difference.

My grandfather passed away around a week ago, it feels like time has stood still
for me since then. He helped raise my sisters and I. He never quit, he had the most admirable determination with such a strong mind, which is why he was still so sharp at 95. He came from very humble beginnings in Ardmore Oklahoma and moved to Las Vegas NV in his early 20’s, married the love of his life and created the life he wanted for his family. He embodied grace, kindness and strength, he made me believe in myself, he made me feel that with hard work I could do anything I put my mind to. He loved to root for the underdog. He treated everyone he met with kindness and respect, he did good things not for the praise but because it was the right thing to do. He was an amazing family man, the only betrayal I ever felt was learning his real name wasn’t Papa. When I hear the word legend his face and his life are what I measure that word by. There won’t be a day that goes by I won’t think of him and try to make him proud. There are no regrets as we all knew how much he loved us and he knew how much he was loved, the only sadness is not being able to look into his eyes when I say it now. I thank him for being so strong for me while he was here and teaching me about life through the example of his own. This beautiful life isn’t to say that there weren’t unimaginable hardships, he just didn’t ever talk about them. I wish the world was able to know more men like Jack Cason, it will have been one of my greatest privileges to have been his granddaughter.❤️
Donnie Fox the world will be less bright without your fireball energy in it. You were the life of every room you walked into. Thinking about your family who you loved so much. You will be greatly missed. ❤️ RIP

Find a place to wake up you never want to leave.
My Papa Jack loved taking us to the ocean. He taught us how to play on the beach, boogie board, build sand castles, wear matching shirts, play games and at the end of the day BBQ ribs and stand around the camp fire singing oldies and cooking marshmallows. On other days he’d take us out on the sail boat, learning how to catch the wind, work together, pray the boat doesn’t flip over ☺️, work through the anxiety of docking and respect other boats on the water. Im amazed how many life lessons my Papa was teaching us just by taking us to the beach. How you interact with the ocean tells you a lot about how you interact with life. You either fear the storm and swim against the current or learn how to respect it and ride the waves. The combination of a great Papa and the ocean creates one of life’s greatest lessons and unforgettable memories. I am so grateful for him, today was his birthday. ❤️ -picture is of my lil sis and Papa. #myheart
