Shameless photo dump of some fun shots my man took after creatively turning the garage into a studio. 😂 Could be selling perfume or about to conduct an orchestra? 🤷♀️Thanks, boo.

Happy Xmas and a lovely fresh New Year! Do it with some panache, will you?😜
Daily routine with @chicagomakeupartists, Karen Brody who has been curating Sylvie’s look for the last 7 years. As well as a bonus shoulder massage from Eamonn, which is the best way to start your day, really. 😎 @nbconechicago @wolfentertainment

Here is a little peek into my behind the scenes #bts life on the set of @nbconechicago. Each of us passes the time differently. I wish I was an extraordinary reader, I’m only a mediocre reader so far, but I do love to craft. Every season I find some way to artfully nest in my trailer. One year I recycled old script pages and painted a water color garden, including hanging wisteria. Another year @boneslullo gave me a swatch book of light gel samples and I made chandeliers and twinkly light backlit mosaics. Once I had wallpaper that was iridescent, and once it was gold. I’ve had small water fountains, bubble machines, books, and instruments to compliment the space. A nest needs a broad repertoire of artistic distractions. I get inspired by several different large scale art installation artists like @emmanuellemoureaux (“Color of Time”), @soosunnypark (“Unwoven Light”), and @ashleyrenuart. Sometimes the best way to fuel one work is to do other work alongside it. It’s not good or bad, it’s just fun. It’s enjoyable discovering each season what will become the environment that year and what resource can be up-cycled into something whimsical. May you be inspired by these artists I’ve mentioned here and maybe go and make something up yourself soon! This year’s isn’t finished yet, so I can’t share it, but these are a few of the past seasons.
