To my family, friends and followers: We get lost sometimes, in rutines, in work, in family, in selfishness, in sacrifices for people we love, in social media, in the world in general and sometimes we forget about ourselves… I did, for a long time and I have to apologize to a bunch of people who loves me and supported me through out all my life (you know who you are❤️) I know you were worried I didn’t care about myself like I always did and you told me many times I was an inspiration to you. So here we go again, this now I did it for me and thinking of all of you, ‘cause I know my happiness is your happiness and words cannot express how greatful I am to have you🙏🏻 41 years old, 20 pounds less, back to my healthy weight, getting more toned everyday but also stronger spiritually thanks to my God, going back to my dedicated rutine to achieve all the goals I always had. I sent pictures to some of you and you were so proud and I appreciate it. This was possible specially because of destiny and God who brought me to California to my @larikarla who’s been always my LA mama, @stepharcila who I’m very proud of for her amazing new role but also got me working out with her many times at karlita’s home following her amazing sister in law @jordanke who not only inspire me everyday to keep on going with her amazing energy and workouts but who I admire for changing lives and also taking care of her amazing family. Here I am, 1 month and a half after I started training 4am everyday, eating very healthy, with my normal natural wrinkles, no filters this time but proud of getting back to myself💃🏻 “Never give up, always reinvent yourself, keep on working, on creating, on dreaming, on believing and when you feel like you can’t, turn to those who love you and who are a representation of God in this earth”.
Siempre sonriéndo. Porque si me preguntan cuántas veces me han tratado de derrotar, quebrantar, o llevar por el camino fácil desde que llegué a este país sola 20 años atrás, les diré que muchas, pero cuántas me he levantado firme y he seguido trabajando día y noche honestamente, muchas más. He puesto a mi familia y mi sueño de tener mi propia familia en pausa para lograr sueños grandes los cuales logré, y cuando la vida me puso otro momento muy difícil, pude recuperarme física y espiritualmente y seguir luchando porque entendí que a pesar del dolor, el destino me había traído aquí para luchar y ayudar a una comunidad de inmigrantes muy grande que aveces olvidamos y pues la vida me ha enseñado que lo que hacemos por los otros es lo que realmente nos llevamos de este mundo… nada más.
