It was a such a treat to close out 2nd grade science today with my brilliant homeschooling student and wing man. 👨🏼🎓
This sanctuary for desert animals is a must see when you are in Palm Desert. Naya, the black rhino, was incredible to get up close and personal with. This endangered species is going through so much right now, and needs our protection and care so that they do not go instinct due to poaching. Their horns are sold on the black market and not just over seas. America is the third largest market for illegal wildlife trafficking and the products it produces. @theblackmambas are an incredible group of women who protect the rhinos in their native habitat in Africa. The proceeds from the time you get to spend with Naya go to these courageous warriors and their efforts to make sure these majestic rhinos are not killed senselessly.

Shelly the giraffe needs a modeling agent and Asher was afraid I would jump in with the wolves. We had some surprise bunnies who made an appearance. We gave the goats some fresh hair styling. The big cats have the right idea. It’s hot out here 🥵
Thank you @hilovetravel for the fun, chic and practical bag! Perfect for the #safari today!
